Heavy Hauling San Antonio Team Transports Massive Robotic Arm
Mission Wrecker’s heavy hauling team was called into action last week in San Antonio, Texas. Aside from being home to the Spurs, San Antonio is also home to Toyota Texas. This particular Toyota plant manufactures Toyota Tundras. On this particular day, the Toyota Texas plant was looking for a heavy hauling company they could trust as they had to move a particularly expensive and delicate piece of machinery. They knew that Mission Wrecker is San Antonio’s heavy duty towing specialists and gave them a call.The heavy hauling team was charged with transporting a robotic arm from the Toyota Texas plant to the Port of San Antonio. The engineering team from the factory drove the robotic arm onto the flatbed. Once on the flatbed, it was time to make sure that this incredibly expensive robotic arm would not budge during the drive! The Mission Wrecker team drove the robotic arm 13 miles down to the port. Once there, the arm would make its way to a nearby airfield where it would be shipped to it’s new destination. It’s not every day you get to move a robotic arm! Great work out there team! Mission Wrecker’s dispatch center received a call requesting a heavy hauling team. The call came from the Toyota Motor Manufacturing plant located at 1 Lonestar Pass in San Antonio, Texas. The dispatch center contacted a heavy hauling team who were on standby. The heavy hauling team received the information from the dispatch center. The heavy hauling team drove to the job site. Once the heavy hauling team arrived at the car manufacturing plant, they assessed the situation. The heavy hauling team was calling on to transport a robotic arm used in the manufacturing of cars to the Port of San Antonio. The heavy hauling team backed their flatbed truck towards the robotic arm. The engineering team from the factory slowly drove the robotic arm up onto the flat bed.The heavy hauling team also loaded parts which were palletised by the manufacturing company onto the flat bed. The heavy hauling team carefully secured the robotic arm and the pallets to the flat bed. The heavy hauling team did one final inspection to ensure that everything was secure and it was safe to hit the road. The heavy hauling team began their 13 mile journey to the Port of San Antonio. The heavy hauling team arrived at the Port of San Antonio. The robotic arm was driven off the heavy hauling team’s flatbed truck. The pallets were removed from the heavy hauling team’s flatbed truck. The heavy hauling team left the Port of San Antonio and returned to their standby position to await further calls from the citizens of San Antonio.The heavy hauling team completed yet another successful job.
